Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Location: In-home services throughout Bradford County (Starke, FL)
Schedule: Flexible / Set Your Own Availability
Rate: $85/60 minute visit ($65/30 minute visit, $75/45 minute visit); $250 per evaluation (evaluations are infrequent)
We are seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home evaluations and therapy services for pediatric clients in natural environments.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are self-directed, organized, and comfortable managing their own schedules and professional responsibilities. Documentation requirements are minimal.

Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy services in clients’ homes
Maintain timely documentation
Communicate professionally with families and caregivers
Collaborate with other providers when appropriate
Maintain required licensure and professional liability coverage
